Terms & Conditions – Stylist Hotline 

By purchasing access to the Stylist Hotline, you agree to the following:

 

Access & Support:

  • This is a private 1:1 support container delivered via Telegram.
  • You’ll receive styling support from Sarah Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST.
  • Occasionally, I may sneak in a reply after hours if you’ve given notice (like if you’re heading out that night or shopping on the weekend 💃).
  • Response times are same-day, with a maximum 24-hour response window for all messages sent during support hours.

 

Duration:

  • This is a one-month round, offered exclusively to current members.

 

How you can use it:

  • Outfit feedback and advice (e.g. “which top?” or “can I wear this to dinner?”)
  • Change room support (snap a selfie — I’ll guide you)
  • Style tweaks, colour guidance, or pep talks
  • Quick Q&A (not full wardrobe consults)

 

What it's not for:

  • This is not a full styling session, wardrobe overhaul, or personal shopping service
  • Please avoid sending large photo dumps or asking for complete outfit planning for multiple events at once - this is designed to be light, fun, and responsive

 

Respecting the Space:

  • This is a private support channel for light styling help and encouragement. Please keep messages concise and related to style + confidence.
  • If messaging becomes excessive or outside the scope of the offer, boundaries will be lovingly reinforced.

 

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • As this is a digital support offer with limited capacity, no refunds will be issued once purchased.
  • Please purchase mindfully. You’re securing one of 10 spots that won’t be reopened.

 

Energetic Agreement:

This is a collaborative, test-based experience. You’re invited to something very unique and special and I’m committed to providing high-touch support with clear boundaries. Let’s make this a fun, supportive, and stylish month together!
