1. Overview
Build My Fit – Full Access (“Full Access”) is a digital subscription product owned and operated by She’s So Seasonal.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing Full Access, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscription Options & Billing
Full Access is available in two subscription options:
• Monthly Plan: $14 AUD per month
• Annual Plan: $141 AUD per year (discounted compared to 12 monthly payments)
The annual plan represents a saving compared to paying the monthly rate for 12 months.
By selecting “PAY NOW”:
• Your first payment is charged immediately.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
• Payments will be charged to your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
If a recurring payment fails, access may be suspended or revoked until payment is successfully processed.
She’s So Seasonal reserves the right to update pricing in the future with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time inside your account.
• Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
• Annual cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
Access remains active until the end of your paid billing cycle.
No refunds or partial credits are provided for unused time within a billing period.
4. Access & Individual Use
• Full Access is delivered digitally inside your personal account.
• Access is for individual use only.
• Login details must not be shared.
• Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, resold, screen-recorded, or shared publicly.
All outfit combinations, tool features, layouts, images, written content, designs, and intellectual property remain the sole property of She’s So Seasonal.
She’s So Seasonal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if these Terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing or misuse of content.
5. Included Lite Version
Build My Fit Lite remains included inside the Style Club.
Full Access is an optional expanded subscription offering additional features, expanded outfit combinations, and ongoing updates.
Purchasing Full Access does not replace or remove any existing Style Club access.
6. Feature Development & Platform Changes
Build My Fit – Full Access is an evolving digital tool.
Features, filters, outfit categories, functionality, and design may be added, improved, modified, or removed over time to enhance user experience.
Future feature concepts, previews, or announced updates are indicative only and are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe.
7. Technical Issues & Service Availability
As a digital platform, Build My Fit may occasionally experience:
• Technical interruptions
• Bugs or errors
• Temporary downtime
• Maintenance updates
While She’s So Seasonal will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly, uninterrupted or error-free functionality cannot be guaranteed.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Styling Disclaimer
Build My Fit provides general styling inspiration and digital outfit planning tools.
It does not constitute personalised fashion advice, professional styling services, or body-specific recommendations.
Results may vary depending on individual wardrobe pieces, body shape, personal style, and preferences.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of this product:
• No refunds are provided once access has been granted.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of monthly or annual billing periods.
This policy operates subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, She’s So Seasonal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Full Access.
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
11. Changes to Terms
She’s So Seasonal reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of Full Access after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of Build My Fit – Full Access will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
