Terms & Conditions – The Seasonal Style Club

Welcome to The Seasonal Style Club (the "Club"). By purchasing access and participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before joining.
1. General Information
The Seasonal Style Club is operated by She's So Seasonal Pty Ltd, based in Queensland, Australia.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Queensland courts.
By purchasing and participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any part of these Terms conflicts with the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.
2. Payments & Access
Access to the Club is purchased via a one-off fee processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other secure payment options available on Kajabi.
No subscriptions. No renewals. One payment only.
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing your login details is strictly prohibited.
3. Lifetime Access
Your purchase provides lifetime access for the duration of the Club's operation.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Club, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
If the Club website, hub, or Facebook group is ever closed, ownership changes, or She's So Seasonal ceases to operate, your access will end.
In this event, members will be provided with adequate notice and reasonable time to download all content for personal use.
Except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, no refunds will be issued if the Club closes, changes ownership, or is no longer available.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All look books, styling tips, guides, videos, and materials inside the Club are the intellectual property of She's So Seasonal Pty Ltd / Sarah Strozkiy.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or claim any content as your own.
Personal use only: You may download, save, or print materials for your own reference.
Strictly prohibited: Using Club content to create your own styling services, resell products, or publish as your own.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Third-Party Content Disclaimer: From time to time, images may be included for styling inspiration. These are sourced from publicly available platforms (such as Pinterest) and are used for educational and illustrative purposes only. She's So Seasonal Pty Ltd does not claim ownership of these third-party images. All rights remain with the original creators. If you are the copyright owner of an image featured and would like it removed or credited, please contact [email protected] and action will be taken promptly.
5. Refund Policy & 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind the Club with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you feel the Seasonal Style Club hasn't helped you get dressed more easily or make more of the wardrobe you already own, simply email us at [email protected] and we'll happily refund your payment in full — no hoops, no awkwardness.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, refunds are not available for change of mind, as this is a digital product delivered with immediate access.
The price you pay at checkout — including during any sale or promotion — is the final price for your purchase.
Our private community is hosted on Facebook. If you don't have a Facebook account or choose not to participate, you'll still receive full access to all Club content, resources, and materials; no partial refund or compensation applies for choosing not to use the community.
If you ever have a concern about your purchase, please email us first — we'll always do our best to make it right.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits any guarantee that cannot be excluded — for example, if a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 30-day period.
6. Access & Availability
When you purchase The Seasonal Style Club, you receive access to our content, resources, and materials. As part of your purchase, you may also be invited to join our private online community.
Our private Facebook group is designed to be a women-only support space to ensure members feel safe, comfortable, and supported in sharing their personal style journeys. For this reason, entry into the private group is reserved exclusively for women.
If you do not meet this requirement, you will still receive full access to all purchased content, resources, and materials. However, you will not be granted access to the private Facebook community.
While every effort is made to keep the hub and community online 24/7, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or third-party platform issues (e.g. Kajabi or Facebook downtime).
She's So Seasonal is not liable for temporary disruptions outside of our control.
7. Facebook Group Rules
The Facebook group is a private community for Club members. Entry requires the email address used at purchase so admin can verify membership.
By joining, you agree to the following:
- No bullying, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour.
- No spamming or self-promotion. You may not sell, advertise, or promote your own products, services, or groups.
- Posts must relate to styling, outfits, wardrobe, or confidence (e.g. OOTDs, questions, shopping wins).
- Only share your own photos (no images taken from others).
- Constructive feedback only — unkind, negative, or unhelpful comments will not be tolerated.
Grounds for Removal
Access to the community may be removed, without refund, for:
- Sharing or attempting to steal Club content.
- Bullying, harassment, or toxic behaviour.
- Self-promotion, selling, or spamming.
- Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Repeatedly ignoring group rules.
8. Use of Member Content
By posting inside the Facebook group, you grant She's So Seasonal the right to share, repost, or use your content in Club marketing (emails, social media, website, written testimonials, etc.).
If you do not want a particular post shared, simply include a ❤️ emoji in your caption. Posts marked with ❤️ will not be used in marketing.
You may also withdraw consent for the use of your content at any time by emailing [email protected].
9. Health & Mindset Disclaimer
Styling advice, tips, and content are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
While style can boost confidence, this is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Only you can make changes, take action, and choose to explore your style and self-confidence. The Club gives you the tools — you create the results.
She's So Seasonal accepts no responsibility for personal outcomes beyond the styling guidance provided.
10. Termination of Access
Access may be revoked, without refund, if:
- You breach intellectual property rules by reselling or claiming content as your own.
- You engage in bullying, harassment, or toxic behaviour within the community.
Legal action may be taken if you misuse or steal Club content. This clause does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Member Email & Privacy
To access The Seasonal Style Club, you must provide a valid email address at checkout.
This email is required to:
- Create and save your login details for the hub.
- Verify your identity when requesting access to the private Facebook group.
- Communicate important updates, support information, or member announcements.
Your email address is kept private and will never be sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
You are required to provide the same email address used at checkout when requesting to join the Facebook group. Requests without a matching email may be declined.
By joining the Facebook group, you consent to the collection of this email solely for verification and administrative purposes, and you agree to the group rules.
She's So Seasonal is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party platforms (including Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, or Facebook). We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
While every effort is made to protect your information, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing your login or email with others is prohibited and may result in removal from the Club.
12. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Build My Fit – Terms of Use
By accessing or using the Build My Fit outfit generator ("the tool"), you agree to the following, which are designed to protect both you and our community while keeping things simple and enjoyable.
Access & Availability
Build My Fit is currently a feature available exclusively to active members of The Seasonal Style Club unless otherwise stated. Access may evolve, expand, or change in the future as the tool grows and improves. We reserve the right to update, modify, pause, or expand the tool at any time to improve user experience or functionality.
Beta & Evolving Feature
Build My Fit may be released in beta or early-access form. This means:
- Features may be added, changed, or removed.
- Outfit categories and combinations will grow over time.
- Occasional updates or downtime may occur.
Your feedback helps shape future versions and improvements.
Personal Use Only
Build My Fit is for personal styling inspiration only. You may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the tool or its contents.
- Copy or extract outfit combinations for commercial use.
- Share login access with non-members.
All styling combinations, visuals, and concepts remain the intellectual property of She's So Seasonal.
Styling Disclaimer
The outfit suggestions provided inside Build My Fit are intended as inspiration only. They are designed to help you style pieces you already own or guide your wardrobe choices. Results will vary based on individual wardrobe, body shape, personal preferences, and lifestyle needs. You are responsible for choosing outfits that suit your comfort, lifestyle, and personal style.
Future Paid Upgrades (If Applicable)
The current version of Build My Fit may be included as part of your Style Club access. If the tool expands significantly in features, categories, or ongoing updates, a future premium or "pro" version may be introduced at an additional cost. Members will always be notified clearly before any changes occur. There is no obligation to upgrade.
Community Respect
If feedback features, sharing tools, or community interaction are included, all members are expected to be respectful and supportive, provide constructive feedback, and avoid negative or inappropriate commentary. We reserve the right to remove access if misuse occurs.
Technical Limitations
While we aim for a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to platform updates, hosting or embedding limitations, or internet or device issues. If the tool experiences temporary downtime, updates will be provided where possible.
Intellectual Property
All content within Build My Fit — including outfit combinations, layouts, branding, and tool structure — remains the property of She's So Seasonal and may not be copied, duplicated, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Build My Fit, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Continued use of the tool confirms your agreement.
